Most games are made to keep you playing. We design for the moment you choose to stop.

Philosophy

How we think about game design.

The industry runs on volume. Thousands of titles ship every year, most of them interchangeable — the same loops wearing different skins. We work the other way: a small number of games, each with an identity you could recognize from across a room.

A game that works needs no ornament. When the idea is right, the screen gets quieter, not louder. Most of our time goes into taking things away, until what's left is only what the player came for.

Every mechanic we build starts from one question — what is actually happening in a player's head at the moment of a decision? Not the mechanics behind it. The feeling of it: the hesitation, the nerve, the quiet negotiation before a choice is made.

That moment is the game. Everything else is packaging.

We would rather make one game that means something than fill a catalog with games that don't.

How we work

Method over machinery.

01

Test before you build

We prototype quickly and put ideas in front of people early. Most don't survive contact — that's the point. The ones that do have already earned the work.

02

One idea per game

Every title grows from a single, clear intuition, not a list of features. If we can't say what a game is in one sentence, it isn't ready to build.

03

Built to last

We design games to hold up over years, not to pad a release calendar. Fewer titles, made properly, outlast a hundred made to fill space.

A study in the discipline of stopping. Corridor puts one decision in front of you, again and again, and asks how long you can keep making it well.
